Refund Policy

Rib David offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on The Complete Rib Manual. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, reply to your purchase receipt with the word REFUND, and we'll refund your purchase in full. You keep any bonus files.

Refunds are issued by us through Stripe, our payment processor, back to your original payment method (typically 5 business days). There is nothing to return; this is a digital product.

If you are in the EU/UK: by purchasing and downloading immediately you agree to begin delivery at once and acknowledge your statutory right of withdrawal for digital content may end once download begins, but our voluntary 30-day guarantee above still applies.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what is needed to deliver the product you bought.

• Purchases: payment is processed by Stripe. Rib David is the seller and the merchant of record for this sale. Stripe collects your name, email, and payment details to take the payment and send your receipt. We never see or store your card details. See Stripe's own privacy policy.
• Your email address: Stripe holds the address you use at checkout so it can send your receipt. Your files are delivered from this website immediately after Stripe confirms the payment. We do not run a mailing list and we do not add you to one.
• Analytics: This site runs no analytics, advertising pixels or tracking scripts and sets no cookies of its own. The only third party involved is Stripe, which processes payment data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy; this site never receives or stores card details..
• Your rights: to access, correct, or delete your data, reply to your purchase receipt with what you need and we will take care of it.

We never sell your data.
